have there been reports of cleaning jobs offered online that turned out to be scam?

i received an e-mail from a person (which i believe i responded to on craiglist) for a cleaning position that stated that this person needed someone to clean his home (which he will use for honeymoon with brand new wife) three days a week 4 hours a day for $550 a week. hes coming from denmark but is currently in london (sounds like a business man) and wants to forward to me $600 with an excess amount on it for the Traveling agent to book a flight for them to come down some other materials need in the house so that every will be more perfect. he says his financier is in the states and will send me the money for my first weeks charges and of course he asks for my name,adress,city,state,zip,phone#,gender,marital status etc to get to know a little more of me and also to be able to send the $600. how does this sound to you?
you guys are not following….. its a job offer to clean houses NOT work from home

Please do not take this job. I was scammed on craigs list. Don’t cash any pre checks in large amounts they send you. It is a big problem the internet and banks are having. It is so tempting I know. I would hate for you to go threw what I did ok…
