how to report for scam to DHL?

Burhan K asked:

Hi:

I have ordered for a mobile phone online through a company.
They said me to make payment through Bank Wire Transfer.
But before payment they showed me receipt of DHL, that they are about to send me product as soon as i will show them proof of Bank Wire Transfer receipt.

I sent payment to them and show receipt to them.

After payment i realize that DHL tracking code is invalid, and receipt was Fake.

I want to complain to DHL, because that company is using receipts of DHL and doing scamming.

Is it possible that DHL will do some thing?
How can i report to DHL?

you could report to DHL, by going to their website, but honestly there is no chance of them doing anything for you. You fell for the scam. They could’ve used fed-ex, ups, or any other freight company, DHL will not do anything , they will make a record of the notice, but they are not responsible!!!!!!!!

i agree with the previous poster. they will duly note it, but wont do anything.
go to and leave a comment about the site.
when it comes to buying things online, only use a credit card.
do research on a site before you buy anything from them.
go to resellerratings and see what people say about it.
take their address and do a whois search. then search for the info they gave you for any other sites. if its in south africa, china, or any country you dont live in, dont bother wasting your time with them.
if the prices on the site are too good to be true, then use common sense. how can this site sell a $600 phone for $300?
but you are stuck with the scam. learn from it.
